MonWerks is one of the word games in Facebook. This is more challenging than the other word games in such a way that you have to guess as many words as you can which starts on the given letter under specific time. You can play this game alone (Single Player), against an online opponent (Live) or you can challenge an opponent to play later (Challenge).

There are two game modes, the Word Play and the Time Attack. Word Play is the core game of MonkWerks. Under a specific time limit, attempt to clear 100% of the words formed by your initial letters. Based on how well you do, you can unlock special ranks and achievements! Time Attack is for seasoned scribes who like the dual challenges of endurance and word variety in their MonkWerks game experience. If you achieve above a certain percentage of words cleared from the board and you can advance to the next page, where an entirely different puzzle awaits. Points, Ranking and Achievements in Time Attack Mode are based on how many letters total you've assembled into unique words, as well as how many full 7-letter Root Words you tackled along the way. A game of Time Attack Mode only ends when the Candle timer burns out.

Another good thing about this game is the documentation. The game is well-documented and the player don't need to guess what to do or what is the next level. You can click the Game Guide button to view the entire game rules and guidelines.

One down side of the game is the loading. At first, it will take a little bit long to load the game. But after the initial loading, the loading will be okay.

Typing Maniac is released by MetroGames. This games is an exciting one and the rule is very simple. Simply type the falling word as fast as you can before it reach the ground. Bonus is earned for correctly type words.

Each round has two limits, the red and the green. The green is for the represents the correct words you typed while the red represents the incorrect words. The green should first reach the LIMIT(100%) to step up to the next level. The game ends when the red reach the limit first. The score you accumulated will have a corresponding rank. The lowest is AMOEBA which has a corresponding score of 1 to 5000 points while the highest rank is SPIRITUAL ENTITY which has a corresponding score of more than five million.


You may use the special power you earned by typing the special word.

PICKtacular is a quick game developed by LivingSocial for Facebook. This game is very similar with Family Feud where in you have to guess top eight answers to the given question. If you are not familiar with the given question, you may click the skip this question link to get another question.

The player of PICKtacular will be given thirty seconds to guess one correct answer, after which the time will be reset. I caught my husband playing this game. It is new to me so I also tried to play the game.

Crazy Taxi is another application integrated in Face Book. Crazy Taxi is an arcade game is not really new to those who love playing racing game. The rule is simple. You only need to drive the taxi as fast as you can without bumping to the other cars using the arrow keys. Use the space bar to jump over the other cars. In order to play the next level, you need to finish the distance given (5000) within 30seconds. And just like any face book game, your score will can be written to your wall and will be compared to your friends' scores.

Tip: If there are many cars ahead of you, just hold the space bar so taxi will continue to jump.
